Our service helps businesses collect visual input from users through simple browser-based links and receive webhook notifications with AI-extracted information—no apps, no complicated uploads, just seamless data extraction.

By accessing or using our website, API services, and video extraction platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"). Please read these Terms carefully before using our services. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you may not use our services.

Our platform integrates with Google's authentication and infrastructure services to provide you with secure, reliable access to our video extraction capabilities.

1. Our Services

VideoSignal provides AI-powered video, image, and PDF data extraction services for businesses and developers. Our services include (but are not limited to):

• Generation of shareable upload links via API

• Browser-based video recording and file upload capabilities (no app required)

• Automatic extraction of user-defined data fields from visual content

• Webhook delivery with structured data and file URLs

• Processing of videos, images (photos), and PDF documents

• Custom extraction schema configuration

• Real-time activity monitoring and API logs

Additional Features:

• Shared workspaces for team collaboration

• Custom branding with logo and color customization

• Custom domain hosting for upload links

• Multiple specialized extraction assistants

• Fine-tuning with custom training data

• Temporary and extended file storage options

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of our services at any time with reasonable notice to active subscribers.

2. Google Services Integration

Our services utilize Google's authentication systems and may integrate with Google Cloud infrastructure:

Google Authentication:

• You may sign in to VideoSignal using your Google account credentials

• By using Google Sign-In, you agree to Google's Terms of Service and Privacy Policy

• We access only the basic profile information necessary to create and maintain your account

• You can revoke VideoSignal's access to your Google account at any time through your Google account settings

Data Processing:

• Video processing and storage may utilize Google Cloud Platform infrastructure

• Your content is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable data protection laws

• We do not share your extracted data or uploaded content with Google for advertising or other unrelated purposes

You acknowledge that Google's terms and policies apply to your use of Google authentication and any Google services accessed through our platform.

3. User Accounts

To access our services, you will need to create an account. By creating an account, you agree to:

Provide Accurate Information:

• All information you provide must be accurate, complete, and up to date

• You must promptly update your account information if it changes

Maintain Security:

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials

• You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account

• You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized access or security breach

Authorized Use:

• You must be at least 18 years old, or have legal capacity to enter into agreements, to use our services

• You must have the authority to bind any business or organization on whose behalf you use our services

Business and Developer Use:

• Our services are intended for business, professional, and developer use

• You agree to use them in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations

4. Payment Terms

We offer various subscription plans for our services, including Pay As You Go, Pro, Business, and Enterprise tiers. By subscribing to a paid plan, you agree that:

Billing and Charges:

• You authorize us to charge the applicable fees to your designated payment method

• Subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly basis, depending on your chosen plan

• Pay As You Go plans operate on a credit system: 1 credit per video uploaded, 3 credits per extraction field

• Credits are consumed as you use the service and can be topped up as needed

Refund Policy:

• Subscription fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in our refund policy

• Unused credits in Pay As You Go plans do not expire but are non-refundable

• We reserve the right to issue refunds at our sole discretion for exceptional circumstances

Pricing Changes:

• We may modify pricing or subscription models with at least 30 days' notice to existing subscribers

• Price changes will not affect your current billing cycle

• Continued use of services after price changes constitutes acceptance of new pricing

Payment Failure:

• Failure to make timely payments may result in suspension or termination of your account

• We may attempt to charge your payment method multiple times if initial payment fails

• You remain responsible for any uncollected amounts

5. Credit System and Usage Limits

Credit Consumption:

• Pay As You Go and subscription plans operate on a credit-based system

• 1 credit is consumed per video, image, or PDF uploaded

• 3 credits are consumed per extraction field defined in your schema

• Example: Uploading 1 video with 4 extraction fields = 1 + (4 × 3) = 13 credits

Plan Limits:

• Free tier includes 50 one-time credits to start

• Pro plan includes 1,000 credits per month

• Business plan includes 5,000 credits per month

• Enterprise plans offer custom credit allocations

Video Length and File Size:

• Pay As You Go plans: maximum 5-minute video recording length

• Pro, Business, and Enterprise plans: unlimited video length

• File size limits may apply and will be communicated in your plan details

Storage Duration:

• Pay As You Go: files are automatically deleted after 1 hour of temporary storage

• Paid plans: extended storage options available as specified in your plan

• You are responsible for downloading or storing files you wish to retain beyond our storage periods

6. Intellectual Property

Our Property:

All content, functionality, and technology within our services—including text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio, video processing algorithms, AI models, data compilations, and software—are the property of VideoSignal, our licensors, or other content providers, and are protected under intellectual property laws.

You may not copy, modify, distribute, publicly display, reverse engineer, or reproduce any materials from our services except:

• Temporary copies cached by your browser

• Files automatically stored for performance reasons

• Reasonable personal copies for non-commercial internal use

• API integration and usage as permitted by these Terms

API Usage:

• You may use our API to integrate VideoSignal functionality into your applications

• You must not abuse, circumvent rate limits, or attempt to reverse engineer our API

• You must comply with all API documentation and usage guidelines

7. User Content

Our services allow you to upload or submit videos, images, PDFs, and define custom extraction schemas. By providing such content, you:

License Grant:

• Grant us a worldwide, royalty-free, non-exclusive license to use, store, process, modify, and display that content for the purpose of operating and improving our services

• This includes using your content to train and improve our AI extraction models (unless you opt out in Enterprise plans with "Bring Your Own Data")

Representations and Warranties:

• Represent and warrant that you own or have the necessary rights to all content you upload

• Represent that your content does not violate any third-party rights or applicable laws

• Acknowledge that we may monitor or remove content that violates these Terms

Your Responsibility:

• You remain solely responsible for the accuracy, legality, and appropriateness of the content you provide

• You are responsible for ensuring you have rights to upload videos, images, or documents of individuals or properties

• You must obtain necessary consents from individuals appearing in videos or photos

Data Privacy:

• You must comply with all applicable data protection and privacy laws when collecting videos, images, or documents from end users

• You are responsible for providing appropriate privacy notices to your users

• You must not upload content containing sensitive personal information unless you have proper legal authorization

8. Prohibited Activities

You agree not to engage in any activities that violate these Terms, including but not limited to:

Illegal Use:

• Using our services for unlawful purposes

• Uploading content that violates any laws or regulations

• Processing content related to illegal activities

Harmful Content:

• Uploading malware, viruses, or harmful scripts

• Submitting content containing child exploitation material (strictly prohibited)

• Uploading excessively violent, pornographic, or otherwise objectionable content

Unauthorized Access:

• Attempting to gain unauthorized access to other accounts, systems, or networks

• Sharing your account credentials with unauthorized parties

• Attempting to bypass security measures or rate limits

Service Interference:

• Disrupting or impairing the performance of our services

• Overloading our systems with excessive requests

• Attempting to reverse engineer our AI models or extraction algorithms

Data Mining and Scraping:

• Engaging in scraping, automated data collection, or similar activities beyond authorized API use

• Systematically extracting data from our platform in violation of these Terms

Impersonation and Fraud:

• Misrepresenting your identity or affiliation

• Creating fake accounts or providing false information

• Using our services to defraud or deceive others

Intellectual Property Violations:

• Uploading content that infringes on others' copyrights, trademarks, or intellectual property

• Using our services to process pirated or unauthorized content

9. API Usage and Rate Limits

API Access:

• API access is provided according to your subscription plan

• You must use the API in accordance with our documentation and best practices

• API keys are confidential and must not be shared or exposed publicly

Rate Limits:

• We impose rate limits to ensure fair usage and system stability

• Rate limits vary by subscription tier and are specified in your plan details

• Exceeding rate limits may result in temporary throttling or service interruption

Webhooks:

• You must provide a valid webhook URL to receive extraction results

• Your webhook endpoint must respond within reasonable timeframes

• We are not responsible for webhook delivery failures due to issues with your endpoint

10. Data Processing and Privacy

Data Collection:

• We collect and process data as described in our Privacy Policy

• Uploaded videos, images, and PDFs are processed by our AI systems to extract requested information

• We may use aggregated, anonymized data to improve our services

Data Retention:

• Files are retained according to your plan's storage duration

• Extracted data and metadata may be retained longer for service operation and billing purposes

• You can request deletion of your data subject to legal retention requirements

Data Security:

• We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your data

• However, no method of transmission or storage is 100% secure

• You acknowledge the inherent security risks of internet-based services

11. Third-Party Services and End Users

Your End Users:

• You may provide upload links to your end users (customers, clients, employees)

• You are responsible for your end users' compliance with these Terms

Third-Party Integrations:

12. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, VideoSignal, its directors, employees, partners, agents, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages including but not limited to loss of profits, data, goodwill, or use arising from:

(i) Your access to or inability to use the services
(ii) Any errors in data extraction or processing
(iii) Any content or conduct of a third party or end user
(iv) Unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your content or transmissions
(v) Deletion or failure to store any content or data
(vi) Webhook delivery failures or delays
(vii) Service interruptions or downtime

Maximum Liability:

• Our total liability to you for any claims arising from these Terms or use of our services shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim

• This limitation applies regardless of the legal theory under which damages are sought

Essential Purpose:

• Some jurisdictions do not allow certain liability exclusions, so these limitations may not apply to you

• In such cases, our liability will be limited to the maximum extent permitted by law

13. Disclaimer of Warranties

Our services are provided "as is" and "as available." VideoSignal makes no representations or warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to:

No Warranty of Accuracy:

• We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of AI-extracted data

• Extraction results may contain errors and should be verified for critical applications

• You are responsible for validating extracted data before relying on it

No Warranty of Service:

• We do not guarantee uninterrupted, secure, or error-free operation of our services

• Warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement are disclaimed

• We do not warrant that our services will meet your specific requirements

AI Limitations:

• AI extraction models have inherent limitations and may produce incorrect results

• Model performance may vary based on content quality, clarity, and complexity

• We continuously improve our models but cannot guarantee specific accuracy levels

14. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless VideoSignal, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from:

• Your use or misuse of our services

• Your violation of these Terms

• Your violation of any rights of third parties, including privacy or intellectual property rights

• Content you upload or submit to our services

• Your end users' use of upload links you generate

• Any false or misleading information you provide

15. Termination

Termination by Us:

• We may suspend or terminate your account immediately, without prior notice, if you violate these Terms or engage in activity that could harm our business, users, or reputation

• We may terminate free or inactive accounts after extended periods of non-use

• We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any lawful reason

Termination by You:

• You may terminate your account at any time by discontinuing use and requesting account deletion

• Monthly subscriptions can be cancelled at any time but fees are non-refundable for the current billing period

• Unused credits will be forfeited upon account termination

Effect of Termination:

• Upon termination, your right to use our services will immediately cease

• We may delete your content and data according to our retention policies

• Sections of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination will remain in effect

16. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in our services, legal requirements, or business practices.
